From the Amherst County Sheriff’s Office: We are investigating a larceny of meat from Walmart. On Friday July 24th at 815 pm, two white males entered Walmart Madison Heights and picked up a number of items including meat products and then left the store without paying. The males were in their 20s to 30s. One was tall and heavy set and one of medium height and medium build. Both have short brown hair. They were observed leaving in a gray vehicle. Anyone that has any information is urged to call Crime Stoppers at 1-888-798-5900. Crime Stoppers will pay up to $1,000 for information regarding this crime. All information is totally confidential.
