The City of Lynchburg is much happier and healthier than it was one year ago

A recent Gallup poll reveals the Lynchburg is now ranked 37th of of 189 United States metro areas…only Northern Virginia near D.C. and Charlottesville ranked higher in the state. WLNI’s Gene Marrano has more:
