Three people reportedly received dog bites earlier yesterday now charges have been file against the owner of two dogs. Media outlets report, Lynchburg Police and animal control responded to the scene at 12th and Garfield Streets around 6:45 Monday morning. Sources say at least two dogs were removed from a home on Garfield Street; while three victims were treated at the scene for minor injuries. According to authorities, the dogs are not licensed and also have not been vaccinated. The owner is facing four charges, two for each dog.
