The Lynchburg Police Department is still looking for a suspect in a shooting that injured three people at Brookside Apartments Friday evening. Two of the victims are in stable condition and currently at the Lynchburg General Hospital. The third victim was taken to UVA and is currently listed in critical condition.
There is still no suspect information at this time.

[UPDATE] Shooting at the Brookside Apartments
LYNCHBURG, Va. – The Lynchburg Police Department is still investigating the shooting that took place in the area of 89 Belle Terre Drive yesterday evening.
Two of the victims are in stable condition and currently at the Lynchburg General Hospital. The third victim was taken to UVA and is currently listed in critical condition.

LYNCHBURG, Va. – The Lynchburg Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred at the Brookside Apartments this evening.
On April 15, 2022 at 6:11 p.m., officers responded to a 911 call in reference to someone being shot in the area of 89 Belle Terre Dr. (Brookside Apartments). Once officers arrived on the scene there were three victims of gunshot wounds. There is no suspect information to provide at this time.
