Authorities are investigating the cause of a single-vehicle accident on Park Avenue in Lynchburg Wednesday night. Officials say the car was headed down Park Avenue when the driver crashed through a fence and into the back of a parked truck. Media outlets report one passenger was stuck and fire crews worked to pull her out. Both passengers and the driver were taken to the hospital and treated for non-life threatening injuries.
