Two people charged in connection with the death of a Waynesboro reserve police officer have pleaded guilty. Leslie Hope Casterlow of Manassas and Anthony Lee White of Louisa are among nine people who were indicted on federal charges in the case. Court records show Casterlow pleaded guilty to obstruction of justice. White pleaded guilty to racketeering conspiracy. Officer Kevin Quick was reported missing back in February. His body was found days later in a wooded area northwest of Richmond.
