The Lynchburg Police Department is investigating a shooting that happened yesterday at the Dream Center, on Florida Avenue. When officers arrived on the scene they found a man who had a gunshot wound to the head. He was identified at 22-year-old Dameitry Jaquan Haskins. He was transported to the Lynchburg General Hospital where he received treatment for non-life threatening injuries. Shortly after the report of shots fired, a male showed up at Lynchburg General Hospital with a gunshot wound to the abdomen. He was identified at 29-year-old Leroy Antonio Fleshman. He also received treatment for non-life threatening injures. At this time, investigators believe the two victims were both in the vicinity of the Dream Center when the shooting happened. The incident is under investigation.
