UPDATE: The Amherst County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the larceny of numerous items from the Madison Heights Wal-Mart. Investigators say around 1:30 Monday afternoon, a white female was observed taking a number of items from the store and leaving without paying for them. She was wearing gray sweatpants, and a blue head band. Crime Stoppers will pay up to $1,000 for information leading to an arrest. CLICK HERE to learn more about this story and other investigations.
4/10/14–From the Amherst County Sheriff’s Office: The office is investigating the larceny of numerous items from the Madison Heights Wal-Mart. On Monday April 7th shortly after 130pm a white female was observed taking a number of item from Wal-Mart and leaving the store without paying for them. She was wearing gray sweatpants, and a blue head band. Anyone that has any information is urged to call Crime Stoppers at 1-888-798-5900. Crime Stoppers will pay up to $1,000 for information regarding this crime. All information is totally confidential.
