Website Will Track Entrepreneurship Efforts Across the State

Outgoing Gov. Bob McDonnell is launching a new website to track innovation and entrepreneurship in Virginia. The move is one of McDonnell’s final actions before leaving office Saturday. The site will track five performance areas, including level of research development activity occurring in Virginia; and outcomes for businesses and other organizations that work in the “entrepreneurial ecosystem. The program was created through legislation passed during the 2013 General Assembly session.
