From the Amherst County Sheriff’s Office: The office is investigating a Malicious Wounding that occurred shortly before 11 pm Tuesday July 7th. Krislin D Beverley, a 19 year old female of Creston Oaks Forest, was charged with stabbing two family members with a screw driver on Richmond Highway. The victims were treated and released from the Emergency Department at Lynchburg General Hospital. Ms. Beverley is being help without bond at the Blue Ridge Regional Jail, Amherst Adult Detention Complex pending a preliminary hearing in Amherst J&DR Court.
