They said to unhook outside hoses, shut off the isolation valves for the hose spigots, and if you’re taking a long trip, maybe turn off the main water and the electric water heater’s breaker. They also loved water sensor pucks and smart systems for catching leaks and gave a shout-out to tankless water heaters for being super-efficient, adding that Southern Air can help with financing, tax credits, and rebates.
