Bedford County School Board Chairman Marcus Hill joined the Morningline to discuss how the “no cell bell to bell” policy has been working so far.

The Lynchburg School Board voted 6-3 last night to convert T.C. Miller Elementary School from an elementary school into an early learning hub for Lynchburg City Schools, housing pre-k classes as well as special education and alternative early learning classes. 

Appomattox Court House National Historical Park will commemorate the 160th anniversary of the victory of Lt. General Ulysses S. Grant, forcing the surrender General Robert E. Lee’s Army of Northern Virginia. Special anniversary programs and activities will take place April 7-13, 2025.
